Absolutely! We're thrilled to announce that we'll soon be revealing some exciting residencies where you can experience our artists' live performances. Keep an eye on our website for updates, and you'll have the opportunity to enjoy their talent first-hand before making a booking decision.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Securely pay the initial booking fee, serving as a deposit, through our online payment portal. For the remaining balance, you can either choose to pay online again or use a bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due at least 2 weeks before the performance, but you can pay it off anytime. We'll securely hold the funds and release them to the artists following your successful event.
Performance and setlist.

Our bands typically perform 2 x 60-minute sets, while smaller or tailored acts determine suitable durations during the booking process. This ensures the perfect fit for your event.

Artists carefully refine their setlists for maximum engagement. While we strongly recommend keeping their show's current form, you may be able to swap a few songs within their repertoire. Check some of our artists’ profiles for favourite song playlists for potential set inclusions.

Absolutely! Our artists are more than happy to accommodate special requests or first dance songs. Just inform our event experts in advance to ensure they can prepare and deliver a memorable performance. Please note, for particularly unique requests our artists may charge a small rehearsal fee.

The artist’s volume will depend on the type of event, venue, and your preferences. Our artists are experienced in adapting to various situations, ensuring the perfect balance between immersive sound and comfortable levels for guests.
Setup and equipment.

Whilst all of our artists differ in size and line-up, most bands will require 4m (w) x 3m (d) - with larger bands ideally requiring more accommodating spaces. Through our straightforward booking process, our event experts will be sure to go through these very details to ensure everything goes to plan.
Bands will require at least 60 - 90 minutes to set-up, and they will typically pack down within an hour. -
Yes. All artists are able to set-up the stage using their own cutting-edge equipment. If your venue has an in-house system, then our artists will often be equally accommodating.

Our artists are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance (PLI), which is provided for all clients during the booking process.
Similarly, PAT testing certification ensures all equipment is in full and safe working order
Communication and coordination.

Our event experts are on hand to facilitate important communication between yourself and the artist. We’ll also ensure that all musicians are arriving at your event with the relevant contact numbers.

At JukeJam we ensure that all of our artists have access to like-for-like deputy performers who are able to replace musicians, should they become available. To find out more about the use of deputy performers, please consult our Booking Terms.

You will notice that JukeJam doesn’t feature as many artists as some other live music agencies. This is because we truly value the quality of our offering and have worked hard to develop a roster of industry-leading musicians who can be relied upon.

All our bookings are secured with our Booking Contracts, which are built upon our Booking Terms. This helps to protect your booking against every eventuality. Our careful payment system similarly ensures a safe transfer of funds between you and the artists.
